Getting in shape before graduation
So I started Keto last week after researching it on and off for a few years. I've finally decided to do it after reading about all the potential benefits of Keto if it is done right. After a longe weekend of binge drinking at the UGA over the weekend I'm going to get back into it. I'm trying to eat around 2000 Cal a day and 150g protein right now. However, I'm working on a budget right now.
I'm 6'3", 280lbs with my waist at 53" sadly. Current workout is just Insanity every day when I can fit it in due to the gym being over crowded with a huge influx of students and it just fitting with what I'm currently trying to do. I really just want to get down to 230-240 and then start bulking but I can work that out later. I've never tried anything other than just a straight caloric deficit so we'll see how this works.
Monday:
Lunch:
2 whole large eggs
5 strips of bacon
Dinner:
1 baked chicken quarter with 1tbsp olive oil
green beans
1 medium onion
2 strips bacon
Snacks:
10tbs of crunchy peanut butter scattered around the day.
60oz water ~
** Couldn't make it all the way through Insanity because I've been sick lately. Hoping to bounce back tomorrow
