This session was awesome. I had such an amazing pump going into my forearms + biceps. Since I haven't got my Shock Therapy yet, I stacked Rage and HemaVol together and this produces an amazing pump. The stretching was much needed between body parts. HRT is still a nice reality check when it comes to the numbers you actually put up. Usually I can do front presses @ 50lbs dumbbells easily for 12 reps, but when you add in the Hellcentrics, it's a whole new ball game.

Yeah...you can do a different variation if you want to. Rage suggests whatever you start, stick to for the first half of the contest, than switch it up.
