Here we are, at the end of week number 1. It's been a good week, busy with the holidays and all, but good. Only adjustment I really had to make was dropping my carbs down even more from 75g to 50g but that was an easy adjustment to make. Saturday and Sunday were working off days.

-90 minutes a day
New form of cardio - my son's new bike. Haha. He has learned how to ride that thing pretty quick, so it's a serious cardio session in itself chasing him around...the boy CRUISES! It's nice to be able to get outside and enjoy the weather.

Protein - 251g
Carbs - 47g
Fats - 24g[/center]

Since it was cardio only, supplementation was pretty basic:

Tomorrow morning I'm going to film up my "confessional" and post that up, and get to shoulders and biceps! I look forward to that workout the most. I hope everyone had a good holiday.

^^this i did my 30mins of cardio on the treadmill tonight...5 mins in i was at the **** this i quit part...so dull wish i would have gotten off early enough to go running outside...beautiful spring time in colorado

Yeah, it's amazing how much people are using pre workouts. Early morning fasted cardio and pre workout is the only time I enjoy those stimulants. I don't enjoy them so much after my 4 month stimulant break, haha!

Yesterday, I got over one of my biggest phobias....touching my eyeball. I was bound and determined to never have to wear a pair of prescription glasses and I walked into the office with high hopes. I walked out with no glasses. I overcame my phobia and because of this...I just ordered my first pair of sunglasses. F*CK YEAH! Might not be a big deal to some, but this has been something that has plagued me for a while. Not anymore.

I used to be the same way ; when I was in high school I couldn't do it to save my life. Back in 2004, I got kicked in the face and my glasses blacked my eye lol ; I went that Monday and got contacts, and wear them almost exclusively now haha.

It's a personal thing for me....the pumps HURT in my legs! LOL. I get a decent natural pump with HRT legs...so I don't need much more added through supplementation.
