Hello everyone, hope you all had a nice long weekend. I was sick on Fri/Sat and spent most of my day sleeping. I felt great on Sun and went to dinner at mom's. I picked up a bunch of supplies at the store, so I could make crafts with the kiddies after dinner.
We made turkeys for the holiday! :)

Strong numbers regardless of not really feeling it! I have those days too, but usually once I get going (with good music) it get into it. One day last week my iPod was dead . Not fun! I made sure it was fully charged last night.

I love that machine, but since you are able to use so much weight, when I got to 300#(sets of 5-6), it bothered my upper back. Too much pressure I guess. So now I use it when I'm doing lower weight, higher reps. And started good ole BB squats too!
BB curls are awesome! 70# is HUGE :D

I think it's a great machine and is has it's place for sure. Agreed, when I go heavier it does put pressure on my shoulders and upper back too.
