Upper power day, going to finally move past 90kg on bench and reach for 92.5kg, 3x3 at the least. Looking at an 80kg Row and a moderate 2.5kg increase to 42.5kg on OHP.

For any of you interested, I have started a new log for running Jasons 5x5 for bodybuilders, my strength gains are stalling hard lately and I am weaker than I was a month ago, so my plan is to get it all back and then some.
