To see if protein numbers "required" are simply inflated. So far so good. Strength is still up, muscles look full and fat percentage is dropping. Supplement free. I quit the creatine after 2 days.

I do a lot of the time but I guesstimate sometimes. I use Calorie counter by fat secret on my android and I use the fatsecret.com site as well.

Water fluctuations are a little crazy. I was 199.8 on 02/28 200.8 on 02/29 200.8 on 03/01 and 201.4 today. I am looking leaner by the day and my deficit is too high to gain muscle so water retention should be the only answer. You can see why people become frustrated when they think they are doing everything right. I am sticking to my guns for at least another week. If weight loss is still stalled I will increase the calories. Waiting on the wooooooosh.
