BW 213 - gotta start dropping soon..
Front Squat
Worked up to heavy singles
275 - ties old PR
285 - new PR - prob had another 5-10 in me but form started to break so i shut it down
Don't know what it is but there must be an alarm that goes off when i need to trap pull bc everyone in the gym decides to jump on it. *******s
Wade wanted me to vid some sumo pulling so i did that.. vid is hard to see but oh well
hit 345.. def a different feeling and im sure my form is off somehow

380 wouldnt come off the ground.. so pissed.. may need a deload week i'm not sure..deads are the bane of my existence.
still had energy and was pissed so i hit some power cleans
175x5
tried for a PR at 225 and got about 3/4 up and couldnt get under it.. wouldve been a solid one for me..

Nice front squat PR. 285 looked fairly ugly, but PRs gon PR.

Yeah 285 was good up until the end when I came forward a bit. Strong out of the hole so just need to finish.
I think I'm psyching myself out on deads worrying about my form so much. I pulled 420 really easy at the meet last year so I think it's mental at this point

I assume it's fairly common. Your knees came together a bit on the way up, so you could probably have someone scream, "KNEES OUT!"

Conventional. I pulled it for 5-6 singles last week and its nowhere near my max so I don't know.
Maybe you accidentally loaded on the 100lb plates instead of 45s??

There is some truth to this man sometimes when I watch you pull it looks like you're intentionally pulling it slow like 'does this feel right/is something gonna hurt' when I know you're capable of pulling it quick. Take your time setting up but once you are commit to the pull and just rip that ish.

I feel that i'm pulling faster but I guess it's not coming through on film. I know explosiveness is something I need to work on and will definitely continue to work on that, thanks B.
