2 month cut bulk cycle
instead of bulking all at once and cutting all at once can you do a bulk-cut cycle.
so 2 months bulk and then when your body fat rises a little cut for a month or 2 depending on needs.
again bulk for 2 months and repeat.
wouldn't this give the same results?
I personally dont want to bulk all at once because i started at 16.7% bodyfat and am gaining roughly 80% muscle 20% fat. So by the time i read the end of the bulk i would have gained about 7-8 pounds of fat which looks bad on an already chubby frame.
I finished my first 2 month bulk and today is the day i switch to cutting. Should i do this or not? Please explain.

ill rep yo if you post this in the misc.
EDITT** but really, If you are waorried about fat gain, bulk, but eat clean, and do cardio, you will barely gain any fat.

how about this. bulk all winter like me, and cut in march/April. bulk, screw cutting, it sucks well that's because i like to eat.
I finished my first 2 month bulk and today is the day i switch to cutting. Should i do this or not? Please explain.
The decision to cut (or bulk) should be based on the mirror and/or your bodyfat percentage - not the calendar.
What you're really looking for is a Clean Bulk - minimal excess fat gain, so you don't need to worry about cutting.

lol OP your a dumbass
yeah thats a great idea, gain some small ammount of muscle and fat, and before your body is used to holding onto that added muscle mass, do a cut and lose it.
