wide comp. shoes
Anyone know of any online retailers (preferably Canadian) that sell wide clear heels?
I ordered the Ellie brand online and the length is perfect but the plastic band is SO TIGHT across my toes. I have tried breaking them in and stretching them but I fear the only way it will work is if I cut my pinky toe off ;) and I prefer to keep it!
If I go a size up there will be a gap at the heel and I might slide to far down in them.
Thanks!

Ellie is the widest brand of shoe available. They should be very tight when you first get them, regardless of the size. You need to blow dry the **** out of them and shove your feet in when the plastic is hot. It will take several days of repeating this, but eventually they will mold perfectly to your feet. Don't be afraid to stretch them a ton. It will work :)

Get yourself a shoe stretcher and see if that works. Ellie does sell a clear wide, but it's only a 2" heel...that doesn't help.
Good luck.

ugh, I was afraid of that as I had yet to find any online myself. Thanks for the blowdryer suggestion....I will begin that process!
Thanks ladies!
