Not sore after workout
Did Chest and Tri's today
Incline DB press and Tricep Pushdowns after
Though my chest doesn't feel that sore, is it normal to not feel too sore after a workout or am I not working hard enough?
I read that even if you don't get sore you can still get stronger/gain
Anyone ever feel not too sore or at all after a workout?

I never get sore after a workout, just the next day. But if you are only doing 1 exercise per body part, what do you expect? You're going to need to do more than that.

Thanks for the reply
My workout went like :
Bench Press 3 x 8
Dumbbell Press 5 x 8
Incline Flies 3 x 8
then Triceps
Push downs 6 x 8
Dumbbell Overhead Press 2 x 8
then Pushups to finish them off
Was I not doing enough?
I do split routines do
Chest Tris
Back Bis
Shoulders Legs
Maybe it's just too early to tell, I'll probably feel it tomorrow!

Powerstrike is right...I don't have soreness imediately after my workouts..I do get them the next day sometimes however. But the reason your not having any soreness at all is because you don't have enough workload.
If it hasn't been a day or 2 yet you probably will be sore and just haven't been yet.

About 24 hours you can feel it. Another 24 and it's good again.

Don't know about that... I did lower body on Tuesday and was sore until Friday morning, which was my next legs day, just in time haha.

Haha yeah, it was my first day back after like 3 weeks of ring sick in bed with swine flu, and I always figure the first day back you should just **** yourself. Felt like shilling for days haha

Soreness means **** all. Why can't people ****ing get that through their heads? Soreness does not mean you are getting bigger.
By that logic you could throw yourself down a flight of stairs constantly and be big in no time.
Guys it doesn't matter if he does one exercise or 700.
Ever heard of Dan John's one lift a day program? Pick a lift for a certain day have some good volume and go to town.
Oh I also said in the most recent thread about this I was gonna punch someone in the face IRL.

you dont have to feel sore you will feel it the next day like everyone has said but you know you got a good chest workout when you can feel the blood pumped into your chest. When i do my chest workout by the end blood is rushed into my chest and it looks bigger with all the blood when i squeeze my chest i can feel all the blood in my chest.
