are there any negative aspects of eating a peanut butter and banana sandwich, four times a week, as a pre workout meal, besides the fact that i have to eat it in a college class and it makes me feel like a 7 year old. obviously on whole wheat.
its at least 18g protein, 34g carbs. i know there is a fair amount of fat in pb and bananas. this is more of a pre workout snack as i eat a real meal about an hour and a half before this.
