Jack3d crash?? help!!!

im so damn pissed cause i took jack3d the for the first time thrusday. got amazing energy and motivation and it worked for about 30 min n wore off kinda quick. that was with 1.5 scoop

then i took 2 today. felt again amazing energy n after 15 20 min wore off and now im pretty sleepy n lazy and idk why its wearing off quick cause im lovin the enrgy but i wish it went into my workout.

will this effect go away? any1 else expirence this?

p.s also today into my workout i burped and i could still taste it in my stomach..am i not digesting it right mabye?

Dose at one scoop. The crash is from being overstimmed.

ya but what about the wear off? cause i took 1.5 at first n felt it real nice but it wore off about half way threw.

and 2 scoops wore off even quicker today...is it wearing off cause of over stimm too?

I'm trying Jack3d today for the first time.
Maybe your getting over stimmed brah?

Edit: Hahah guy 2 post above beat me to it.

Eat an hour or more ahead of taking jack3d, take one scoop (you are light don't take more than 1 scoop thats what i do), wait ~ 30 minutes. Then go workout.

If you follow these steps you should be good

thats what im thinkin too...it works damn good at first but wears off to quick 1.5 lasted a lil while n 2 went even quicker..dosent make any sence.

i hope 1 will work but idk if that will even do anything...

u kno i didnt even think about eating cause i took this today on a completly empty stomach.

but i thought ur supposed to take pre-wrkouts on a empty stomach?

? never said i wasnt able to keep it down i just said i had to burp n could still taste it in my stomach.

Have you even bothered taking the 1 scoop as someone mentioned? Honestly...

no ive only took it twice n first time at 1.5 n toay at 2.

im ganna try 1 monday but idk if itll work if it wore off quikc with 2...ya kno what im saying like why would a lower dose last longer? im not sayin im not ganna do 1 but idk if its ganna work.

You would think so, but I've actually seen some more positive results by eating beforehand..something that is carb-rich. When you take stimulants on an empty stomach it will generally overstimulate you and your body needs food for proper energy anyway. I didn't eat last time I took Jack3d, and I was too wired up at the gym..my leg kept shaking and twitching, and I couldn't stay still the entire time. But I think I took a bit too much anyway.

If I take 3, I could literally fall asleep halfway in my workout because of the crash. It's potent stuff. I'm not going to remind the fact you don't really need something like this at 17, but try a lower dose.

see thats whats weird was that i wasnt even wired like that....i was pretty energized for about 15 min while i was wating for it to kick in then as soon as i started lifting i like just wanted to stop n sleep. then like 10 min after my workout i felt the tingles...i dont think i even digested it right casuse like i said i was burping it and still tasting it threw myt workout..

well thanks for the help im ganna try 1 monday cause 1.5 did do more for me then 2 did and i felt the exact way ur talkin about when u take 3.

p.s do you take yours on empty stomach or with some food cause usually i eat a decent size brekfast bout 2 hours before lifting.

Take on an empty stomach (2hrs after last meal and 30min before you workout) then have a snack before the gym like a ricecake or somthing.

dont worry bro, try lower the dose, I have major crashes and feel spaced out at 3 scoops.
the crash will go away, I had a little sip of diet coke when i got home and it got rid of my crash. Jack3d is a strong flavour so your burp was probably the strong lime

If your falling asleep in your workout try eat a little something. piece of bread?

On an empty stomach It takes me about 15-20 mins to feel the effects

I recommend you keep it at 1 scoop at your weight and dont worry about burps??? like someone said earlier, the "crash" goes away after you take some cafeine dring like soda. I prefer a straight cup of cofee after coming home from the gym and I never get crazy crashes...

When I firsted started taking Jack3d, I was crashing real bad. I tried about 5 times with no luck and was ready to throw it away. Then after searching around, I've read that I should take a high dosage of vit C (around 1.5g in my case). That seemed to prevent me from crashing and I am getting excellent strength gain from it. Hope this helps.

I took it today for the first time 2 scoops at around 3pm its now 6pm and I still feel the effects after a workout.
My mate has taken it for about a month now and he has upped his dosage to 4 scoops he only weighs 140pounds and he crashed after an hour barely able to walk home, I think you need to find your happy medium dosage and continue on, i cant imagine ODing is good for you.

took two scoops of jack3d stacked with 2g l-arginine around 12:10 today, began lifting around 12:25. Had quick (due to having to get back to my office) 30 minute shoulder workout - db press, upright rows, db shrugs, reverse flys - moderate to heavy weight in all movements....felt a bit of energy, wanted to really attack the weights, but it wore off pretty quickly. Now I'm sitting in my office at 3:15 and I could honestly fall asleep...

I've done jack3d, nanovapor, C4, Fight Revolution, Rhino Revolution....and I've never had this "want to go to bed" feeling before...
