Only you can judge that based on how happy you are with your appearance. I'd say anything over 17-18% BF for male would be cut time generally.

I never stop trying to gain muscle.

Oh I agree about that. I started training to get my diabetes in check so i won't have to use medicine, but I want to get strong too. I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder or compete, but if I can get strong and look good in the process, I'll take it. If I can get up to 210 to 220lbs total weight and I have 10% or less body fat i'd be satisfied at that point.
It's up to you as to when to stop bulking, but most often people will bulk until the sooner of when they reach their LBM goals or when they have gained more body fat than they're confortable carrying.
I prefer stop bulking when I notice increased abdominal fat.
Never.

On a more serious not, this is a good guideline.
Thanks for all the advice. I think I need the mass to help with my strength so i'll ignore my stomach for now and bulk up. Going to go get my body fat checked next week in one of underwater pods. I'm sure i'll reach my goals. Love this site and all the help. Thanks again.
The easy answer is: when you're unhappy with how much fat you're carrying.
However, note that if you bulk with any measure of control, you won't gain an insane amount of fat. And since your lean body mass has increased, your bodyfat percentage won't necessarily have gone up, even if you're carrying a little more fat than you were.
Hope I explained that well enough.
Really hard to say... kind of an individual choice.
