Whats up fellow Taylor. The only ones I've found to really give great carbs are the "protein and oats" powders, or you can pulse a bunch of oatmeal into powder and throw it into your regular powder. Universal has a great one and a great mass gainer with low sugar. Good luck.
what is a "good" balance to you?
Have you looked at Anabolic Halo at all?

well basically i was using gold standard whey post workout but i dont eat a meal for around 3 hours after i train so i thought if i had some carbs in my shake it would keep me going till i can get my first meal.

is that also in Uk store ?
You can always add carbs to a protein powder. I like to throw some raw oats in with my Big Blend and it keeps me satisfied for awhile.

got a sample the other day, 'twas tasty
SYNTHA6 OPie. Xtreme formulations ultra peptide 2.0 is also a very solid choice.
You could always add your own carbs into protein or various foods depending on what you want the macro totals to come out to..
I like Syntha-6 when I need some carbs and fat along with the whey. Best tasting protein out there IMO. 200 cal a scoop. Great stuff.

This is a great option ^. Universal Pro & Oats is another good option as well.
Anabolic Halo or Gold Feast.
I absolutely loved Met-Rx's preotein & oats in both flavors. Awesome stuff with a great profile and really cheap.

Big Blend is definitely up your alley in terms of looking for a low carb protein, OP.

If I read correctly, I think he's looking for a powder with a higher carb content, like an MRP

Glad you liked it man!
Check out CL's MRP
I think I read MRP is higher in carbs, but most are made lower as it would be a source of protein. You could pick up Karbolyn none flavored and add some into your shakes to get the extra or even use some whole foods if your blending.
Attached a table with over 20 powders and their protein and carbohydrates content (per 100g - 3.53oz)
