Same. Each muscle group worked once a week.
I deadlift and box squat on mondays, then do the ed coan bench program on tuesdays, front squat on thursday and light bench on fridays
So i guess you could say 3 days
i do the same thing, i give my muscle 7 days before working them out again
Same as you, 1 week.
every 5 days.
a full week is too long imo.
I work each muscle once a week directly. I had a routine where I did them twice a week tho, I had some great results on it
for the most part once a week.Calves, forearms, and abs get hit twice a week though.
about 1/2 days. not BB though
I rotate. One week I hit lower twice a week/next week they get hit once.
Upper monday. Lower Wed. Upper saturday. Then next week--
Lower monday. Upper Wed. Lower saturday.
Works for me.
I do each 3 times a week but low volume
Monday the train again Tuesday then again Thursday then again Saturday, all the same muscle groups. (legs, back, shoulders, traps, abs)
bout 3-4 days rest before hitting them again
about once a week, by the time im back to the same muscle group and after the a couple rest days off its a week.
everyone let your damn muscles rest.

idk why but i just find that pointless and to much work, i would think your muscles would build quicker if you burnt them out a lot more on 1 day and then let them rest longer.. but its up to you
72 hours
depends on the volume...
high volume ill do everything once a week, low volume ill hit everything 2x a week
48 hours
Monday-heavy arms
Tuesday-back
Wednesday-rest
Thursday-Chest
Friday-Light arms
Every couple off weeks i will switch arms and back because they are the two areas that I need most work.
Min. 3 days usally wait 4 though
I do my workouts i guess as the older people at the gym say "OldSkool"
Monday - Legs-abs
Tuesday- Shoulders
Wends- Back
Thurs - Chest
Fri- Arms-abs
Weekend - Rest
people kept telling me thats the oldskool way , but it suits me good =)
1 week rest for all muscles except Abs which i do 3 times a week.
3/4 days rest
i hit every muscle group twice a week.
workout 6 times a week.

hmm, arms twice a week, one before back, and no legs. Fail.
4-5 Days And Making Gains

Protein synthesis returns to baseline in 48hrs no matter how hard you destroy your muscles, so you may as well hit them again either directly or inderictly.
at least 3 days
Three days
2-3 days depending on uni days
At least 72 hours.
Longer for other things that get worked more like shoulders.
