M-Drol cycle log
I'm started my first cycle on Sunday the 6th (01/06/08.) I'm 24 y/o.
4 weeks
10/20/20/30 - M-Drol
Hawthorn Berries - 500MG
Milk Thistle - 1000MG
Taurine - 500MG (More if I have backpump issues)
Precision Engineered Hardcore Triple Fats - 3 softgels daily
TestroGain - 2 tablets daily
The usual supps
Protien, creatine, multi-vitamins, etc...

1) 30mg seems a lot - the sweet spot for most people is 20mg.
2) i don't think Milk Thistle will be enough to protect your liver. run it before the cycle and through PCT; a better option on cycle would be Liver Longer.
3) save the TestroGain for after the cycle.
4) what are you going to take for PCT?

Day 1 through 3
I haven't really noticed anything except intense hunger pains at night, and I'm thirsty all the time.
Small sharp pain in my lower left (maybe lower intestine.) Not a big deal, only lasts about 1 hour after taking the M-Drol. Only happened first two days.
I've been taking M-Drol with food in the morning. I will start taking on an empty stomach.

I was thinking of getting red yeast rice and some CoQ10 tomorrow. I don't know if I need Liver Longer.
The Milk Thistle I got is 4:1 concentrated.
PCT
Novedex XT
Testrogain
Hardcore Triple Fats
And I guess keep taking the liver supps.
Here's my workout schedule:
Monday - Push
Tuesday - Pull
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
Friday - Legs
Sat/Sunday - Off

Day 4
I didn't work out today because it is my day off. I weighed myself today and I'm up 6 pounds. I think it's from all the extra water I've been drinking.
I feel bigger already. My muscles are harder. I feel weaker, I'll see how I do tomorrow. Shoulder workout.

Day 5
Still not feeling any stronger. Muscles feel like a rock all the time now. Still very thirsty, I drink every chance I get.
Felt sick after drinking a protien shake, so I didn't get as many calories as I wanted. Trying to make up for it right now.

I've had a couple days were after I downed my shake I thought it was coming up,lol. Definitly going to keep an eye on this log though. I like seeing how things work for people.

Day 6
I'm starting to notice my muscles are growing. Still haven't had any gains in strength.
My nipples are hard a lot even when it's not cold out, but there isn't any growth. I'm guessing they are just extra sensitive.
I don't have hunger pains any more. I am a lot more hungry than usual though. It makes gaining weight a little easier.
I'm taking the next two days off as planned. Saturday I will be upping to 20mg and starting working out again on Monday with a chest/tri workout. I'm excited for Monday to come around!
FYI. I plan on taking 10mg morning, and 10mg in the evening so it will be spread out.

Day 7 & 8
My days off, upped to 20mg on day 8. I feel about the same. Little more dehydrated.
Taking the weekend off was a bad idea. I won't do it again. Felt like a waste.
Day 9
I'm still not noticing any strength gains.
Several people I know have been noticing my size gains. I'm growing faster than I expected.
On a side note, I haven't had any additional acne, slight increased aggression, or any man boob tissue. The aggression I'm feeling is sexual aggression, but not strong enough to make me do anything I wouldn't normally do.

Second Week
I have been feeling about the same. Strength is going down, but I'm gaining size pretty fast.
I'm going into my third week now. I'll keep you updated if anything changes.

My first workout of my third week.
My strength jumped up suddenly. My stamina is the same, so I ran out of energy before increasing the weight to my potential. I did increase the weights but it felt light.
I weighed myself again. I'm up another 5 pounds in weight. for a total of 11 pounds over 2 weeks and 2 days. So about 5 pounds per week.
I changed my workout and it seems to be working better for me. Basically there's three workouts with a day off between each day. It doesn't line up exactly with the weekdays.
Day 1 - Push
Day 2 - Off
Day 3 - Pull / Shoulders
Day 4 - Off
Day 5 - Legs / Abs
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Start Day 1 again...
Overall I feel pretty good. Still no man boobs, no acne, nothing bad that I can tell. Stretching sometimes hurts because my muscles are stiff feeling. Sometimes I get a sharp pain in places, maybe 3-4 times in different places.
My appitite is great, eating a lot is easy now.

nice.. i will be going into day 10 tomorrow...same thing here..a little fuller and gained a few pounds but no major strength gains yet... I guees the beginning of the 3rd week is the sweetspot

Yeah, my strength gain came out of no where. Either way, I'm lifting so I look bigger, I don't care how strong I am.
Let me know how you do, or if you're trying anything different.

Day 19
HUGE jump in strength today. The pump was insane. I stopped early because the pump was too much for me to handle. It felt like my vein was going to tear in half. So I would say there was a jump in energy also.
I was taking 500mg if taurine on days I was working out (1/10th or 1/20th of what was reccomended.) I stopped taking it and I'm not having any back pump problems. I don't put more than 250-300lbs on any lift where I use my spine (e.g. dead lift or squats) so maybe I'm not having any problems because I don't put a lot of stress on my back.

Week 4
The more this stuff kicks in, the less rest I feel like I need between workouts.
I'm going to up it to 30mg for the last week.
I'm still having a hard time adjusting to the new strength. On lat pull downs today I added 50lbs more than my usual and I still felt like I could lift more.

my last 2 work out have been like that..stength is up and i feel like i a going to pop...went a little overboard with deads yesterday and am paying for it today...

with it im going to me taking one of the three nolvadex ,arimdex or proviron i havent made up my mind yet herd they were all good ???? when using m droll im taking it just in case in between my cycles so i dont get puffy, inchy niples we all know wat that leads to ......
for my pct im thinking about clomid
and im going to need a liver supporter and advice ??? please feel free 1st time tryin it and if i should be taking anything else please help a brother out and let me know im trying to do this the safest way possable???

Curious to see how the novedex xt went for the pct. Personally I'm going to go mdrol with cycle assist, taurine, and coq10, then nolva along with bioforge for the pct. Let me know how it went bud.

Yea...
Some people just have no idea what they're getting into. Some people are lucky and can stack all kinds of crazy methyls with little sides, other people drop on 20mg of SD.
