well my form is ass, and i'm pretty slow
i can pull like 455, only do like 200 PC
backsquat oly style like 385
When I was doing them all equally during the summer I was at
305 squat
405 dl
210x3 clean (after squatting)
I never tested my max then though. My clean is basically the same now since I just started back at them
i can clean alot... like almost a full house in one day

i squat about 300, dead like 375 and clean like 185
clean works pretty much same as deadlift, except more back and trap involvement.
Clean: 185 x 1
Back squat: 305 x 1
Dead: 315 x 5

185 powerclean (yes, horrible horrible form)
315 dead
225 squat (yeah...lel)
the 1rm for a clean is usually about 1/2 of your squat 1rm

I havn't been working on powercleans that long though, my coach wants me to be doing somewhere around 235 by spring.
