I'm really digging this one bro! Very nice.
This one is amazing.
"That guy’s a freak. Yeah, I hear them. That’s me they’re talking about.
They can’t understand why I’m here every morning at 5. They can’t understand because they don’t have it in them.
I live for this. All I think about is the next pak, meal, workout, set, rep… I’m here for a reason.
I’m here to do something I couldn’t do last week, and next week I’ll do something I couldn’t do this week.
It may be 10 more pounds, 5 more pounds, 1 more set, or maybe even just 1 more rep, but it’s something
I couldn’t do before. I love it. It’s about knowing your limits and then blowing them away.
My success is achieved by reaching failure. When I can’t do one more rep, that’s when I’ve succeeded.
I know that I’ve really done it when I hit the showers and I stand there under the water unable to
lift my arms up to scrub the sweat out of my hair. I stand there and think, ‘It’s going to be a good day.’
I crave it like some primal instinct telling me to go do it. People think I’m crazy because they can’t understand.
That’s what the Animal brotherhood is about though. It’s us against them. They look at us and call us ‘freaks,’
but we look at each other and understand. It’s not about some kind of superficial glory or getting ass,
it’s about finding what’s inside of you and bringing it out. That’s Animal."
This shirt really keeps me motivated at the gym.

I am my own inspiration. My lies, weakness and self consumption drives me to the Iron lady. I will acheive what I was bred to be. I will be the truth with no fear attached. The Iron will always be mine - she will never be taken away from me. I charge into her with hate. With every rep I allow my hate to empty all of my vunerability, humiliation and confusion. If I found love for the Iron lady, she could stop listening and leave echos in my head by walking out the door. But once you find hate, it always sticks around to back you up and demands full attention. If you think you are stong enough to carry the weight of hate, what will you acheive with it today?

People seldom do things to the best of their ability. They do things to the best of their willingness.
This quote is one I dedicate to alcohol, tobacco and drugs:
"If your presence cannot add value to my life, then your absence won't make much of a difference"

Decisions are made minute to minute, day to day, set to set, rep to rep and are based on what is necessary here and now. I scream a big “**** you.” in the face of pain, tiredness and anything that can stop me short of pushing myself toward achieving success.

Don’t say you don’t have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Bill Gates, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein. - Unknown

thanks, new wallpaper!
some people ask why I do it? some ask how i do it?
Why? How? I stop asking questions and start taking action!
Questions leave you in the same spot as before, Action will take you forward to where you want to be.
Action is what you really learn from not questions.
so stop asking and start acting!
A champion is not defined by how hard he can hit but how hard he can be hit and still move forward:~Rocky

You're very welcome my friend!
Kick ass. That's pretty much it, just kick ass. What ever it is you are doing, I don't care if its the dishes or the ceiling of the fricking Sistine Chapel, kick its ass. Do you think Michelangelo walked in the door, looked up and said "ya, a nice off white should work"....HELL NO! The man wanted to do something different, something better than he had ever been done before. NASA could have been happy lobbing satellites into orbit, but no, thats not kick ass enough, they had to toss a man or two up there, and as if that wasn't enough, they though "hell, lets see if we can get a couple of these suckers to the moon and back". That's kicking ass. Doing it bigger, doing it better, doing it faster than YOU have ever done before. So the next time you set out to do a workout or the next chore on the honeydo list, think to yourself, "am I going to just get this done, or am I going to kick it's ass"? I think you know the answer, there is no fun in just getting it done, but there is no!
satisfaction quite like getting it done and kicking it's ass.
It's not about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much u can take and keep moving forward. ! THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE !

"If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."

Great words of wisdom from the greatest basketball player of all time.
"If the book you want doesn't exist, write it.
If the song you want doesn't exist, sing it.
If the company you want doesn't exist, start it.
If the kind of relationship you want doesn't exist, create it.
If the community you want doesn't exist, lead.
If the person you want doesn't exist, become."
"If it bleeds, we can kill it."
This quote...so simple...has become my life's motto. To me, it's not just about Arnold killing the Predator. It means so much more, to me. Much deeper in meaning than you'd think. Ever known someone who just wants to give up because they haven't reached their goals...the goals are so far away, it just isn't meant to be. Maybe you've felt this way before. I have. Enter aforementioned quote. You got a goal? Can you make progress on that goal? Then somehow some way, that goal is attainable. There are no walls in between which matter... if you work hard enough, you'll find a way. You'll go over, around, under, heck maybe straight THROUGH the wall. Good luck.

This one always gets me in the mind to keep grinding.
I like the other half of it too:

Great words big man!
Repost? Idk.
“So live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in the service of your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide. Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and grovel to none. When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself. Abuse no one and no thing, for abuse turns the wise ones to fools and robs the spirit of its vision. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.” - Quoted from Lee Sulzman in “Shawnee History”
