Thanks guys! It's been a little over 6 months since I was running. I'm definitely a hard gainer. It seems like weight just melts off me when I'm doing cardio haha. So I've put on about 20lbs since and I'd like to put on 20 more. I figure 155lbs for my size would look pretty good.
Wow! thats really great progress in that amount of time. I have a friend whos a runner, hes doing his first Ultra in december. He can never keep any weight on him. What kind of training are you doing?

Chit bro, thats awesome to gain 20lbs! I'm sure you'll pack on the next 20. Determination bro!
what is your goal man? solid physique!
Really I just do a 5 day split. Chest/tri's; back/bi's; off; shoulders; legs; off. I need to start hitting my back more frequently though. The next 20lbs will probably take a lot longer to put on haha. But ideally I might look to try a physique competition sometime in the future.
