Mega dosed 7oxo/keto-anyone tried above 200 mg upwards of a gram+ a day?

Has anyone tried dosing 7oxo around a gram a day for an extended amount of time? Talking about bulk, not interested in trans because of the price difference. I tried a gram a day once before but had to stop short because of joint problems( never had joint problems with lx at 4 caps/day). Also, could deff have been placebo but in the 2 weeks i was on it, i deff felt like fat was coming off FAST especially for the short duration .

I was thinking of doing multiple doses throughout the day because of its poor BA.

Any have any experience?

If it's for strictly 7keto, why not go the topical route?

Do you think it would be cheaper to go with transdermal 7k at a dose equivalent to 1g oral 7k?

Is there any data on equivalent dosages ? For example ,
50 mg transdermal = x oral 7k ?

Not interested with androgens yet . Thank you for your input though. Just me, I would go with with 11 oxo over 7k if I was a few years older.

I really wish some people would run some solo bloodwork for 11 oxo at a steady dose to look at suppression /shutdown.

Not only is topical bioavailability higher, but you can dose it higher without suffering as many side effects as far as joint soreness is concerned.

I was fine with an otc pct of erase. It's very low on shutdown, liver toxicity ect. It also doesn't aromatize, so thats a plus aswell. I know a site that sells 20 grams of 11 oxo for around 22 bucks, if you're interested.

How does it bypass sides? Are there any conversion charts from topical to oral?

I don't have a conversion chart off-hand, but there are two good papers on topical 7-keto if you can find them. It is definitely more bioavailable, and the topical form reduced T and free T a tad, but it also dramatically reduced estrogen and kept cortisol in check.
