haha make sure it's skim milk. let me know how that goes. im going to guess you get constipated, but really have no idea.
-gravesp
I piss enough as it is.
GL tho.
I tried it, i had average gains. The side affects of it are liquid ****, acne and stomach aches. You're better off just eating a lot of food instead and just drink milk during the day, just not so much.
I did, actually I was drinkin 2 gallons of chocolate milk. 20lbs in 14days. You'll have some crazy ****s too.
How about you add to that 4lbs of tuna per day as well
That alone right there puts you at 600g protein per day and your piss will smell of ammonia (sign of kidney strain, and a good sign to lower protein intake). :)
I drank a gallon of 2% every day while doing the 20rep squat routine.
got some pretty nice results.
would do again
go with a half gallon of 2 percent milk per day
LOL must be funny goin to the store and buying like 20+gals of milk at once.
you mean just one gallon of milk nothing else :O
millk is very good i prefer it to drink
why not whole milk ? More calories.
On bulk i drink litre~2 litres of skim milk daily
skim better than whole if u are not a hard gainer .. since u get alot of fat from peanut butter/ meat/chicken/ fish anyway .. so dont add more so u dont add fat
I've had 4 litres of whole milk a day before. Didn't get any of these side effects people are talking about except sometimes runnier ****.
lol a gallon a day
dam lol let me know how that turns out lol
why not whole milk ? More calories.
the extra calories are from fat
My boy drinks a gallon of milk a day and put on almost 5lbs in less then a month's time.
the extra calories are from fat
But healthy fat brah, not sat fat.
since when do u get fat from fish and chicken izz ? last time i looked my 220g chicken had 1.1g fat or sumin. its jst protein dood
But healthy fat brah, not sat fat.
Uh...62% of the fat in whole milk is saturated fat...
since u get alot of fat from peanut butter/ meat/chicken/fish anyway
O rly?
I drank a WHole gallon of milk once and woke up at 12a.m. and took a big CRAP. Will never do it again
yer i jst drink usually a litre of choco milk a day. made from 90% whole milk which is basically 40g fat, 60-62% is saturates :)

Don't come whining when you get mad kidney stones
If I drank a gallon of milk a day, it would have the same consistency on the expelling end as it would on the incoming end. Definitly wouldn't try it haha

You get kindney stones from drinking milk?
You get kindney stones from drinking milk?
Drinking a gallon a day you might. Everyone reacts differently to it. I wouldn't risk it. Regular milk isn't actually that healthy for you. Has something to do with the way it is made, pasteurization i think. Milk isn't actually made for adult humans, its for babies. I'll leave the milk drinking to the babies.

You can get stones from excessive ANYTHING... don't pay attention to that crap..

So what exactly creates a kidney stone? I want to avoid at all cost since its said to be more painful then child birth lol. (Srs)

Like the guys above says, anything EXCESSIVE could ;)
I wouldnt worry about it too much. Just do some research if you are interested.
Though if you are too lazy, basically, most common kidney stones are caused by excessive calcium build up in the kidneys. But alot of it has to do with genetics. The risks are higher if you have a high-protein diet as well, as alot of the protein is filtered out by the kidneys as well.
wintermule drinks a gallon a day
ask him
