I love peanut butter, and ive been taking in about 2 spoons a day for a snack while on keto... 7 grams of carbs, 2 of which is fiber, 3 sugar... so it works out to like 5 grams of carbs per serving..... anyway this is peter pan creamy pb, im just wondering, is it ok while on keto?
i checked out some of the "natural" pb, and it had just as much freakin sugar and carbs as the regular pb, so i dont see what difference it would make to switch
