No individual food is 'bad' for weight loss, bar volume. It depends on the context of your overall diet; not the consumption of one food.
Grapes are fine. Do your work in the gym and eat your grapes lol
Grapes are fine in the right amount, just like any other food...
They're fine. They're high in various antioxidants but also high in fructose. Just don't go hog wild. If you want to hedge your bets, eat them with a fatty meal or soon after a workout when your insulin sensitivity is particularly high. And eat a variety of fruits besides grapes. There are some really great plum-apricot hybrids in season, now, for instance. I just finished a box of plum-cherry hybrids that blew my mind.

There's a lot of fat asses in the world and not a single one of them got that way from eating too many grapes.
Eat all you want.
