It's nothing special..
I purchased a 2010 Lexus IS shell from work and transplanted it with 2JZ motor with a Garret GTX 3076.
Inside the heart; CP pistons, custome sleeves by the bros at Golden Eagle, ect...
It's funny because I grew up tuning cars and chit,
but once I started working on them professionally, I didn't even want to have a personal project anymore.
Like I stayed the hell away from even doing basic maintenance because I knew once I wrenched my own cars,
the bug will be back.
I was clean for about 3 years, SMH!

Hit a 297PR on deads (2x BW) which I'm pretty happy about. Also met some really cool people, and learned a whole lot. Today was a really good day :)
Planning to do another one in January. Aiming to go from a 577 total to about 675.

Oh lawwwwd!
BRB, your DL puts 90% of the dudes in my gym to shame.
When I was skimming through your progress log it seemed you were cutting.
How long was your refeed for?
Guessin' it was about 24 hours because you had weigh-ins?
I'm cutting ATM, with a refeed day on my power lift day, and I swear it doesn't help at all.
:(
Lost quite a bit of strength.
....Would crawl from LA to SD, through broken glass just to get a sesh in with you.

I cut quite a bit to make weight... sauna and all. Didn't really feel weak after cutting probably because of adrenalin and whatnot, but I always always schedule refeed days the day before a power day. I hardly ate at all during the meet. Little snacks here and there, and mostly carbs, but you gotta keep your stomach settled. Eating the day before gives your body the time to absorb/digest so that there's not a lump of food weighing you down and making you feel sluggish.
I'd even go so far as to say a re-feed day can fuel a solid two days of power workouts. Here's something you can try.
- Friday: Re-feed (keep protein/fat the same, increase carbs)
- Saturday: Power Lower Body
- Sunday: Power Upper Body
- Monday: OFF
- Tues-Thurs: Bodybuilding (whatever split you want)

Well I live in LA so not sure what good crawling to SD would do for you. There are plenty of gym meet ups you could probably join in on. Where do you train?

Where do you usually go? Big Bear, Mammoth, etc.?

That's probably my issue...
I tend to do the refeeds on the day of.
My logic is that I'm going to reduce the access calories, if I refeed on lifting days instead of taking a refeed on an off day.
I'm gonna give doing a refeed on the day before and let you know the results.
Oh and the whole walking through glass thing was a joke, LOL.
Where do you usually go? Big Bear, Mammoth, etc.?
If I'm just trying to make a day out of it, I usually hit up Big Bear.
I always end of scratching the fuark outta my boards due to the ****ty arse terrain at Mt. High.
I had a chance last season to hit up Squaw Valley and after one run it became one of my favorites.
But I always have a soft spot for Mammoth because of Hangmans Hollow.
Gotta love dem big airs
:D

Lol better you than me, I come barreling down the mountain, see the terrain features and think that looks like fun! Then I hit it, chicken out, drop my weight on the board and turn it into a bunny hop...Mt High gives no forgiveness if you eat it, all hard pack and too many people.
