And I'd say closer to 12-11%

BF is 10-11% imo. And everyone has potential, just train hard, and eat lots.
It boggles my mind when people are over 20 yrs old, over 6ft and under 175 let alone 150lbs.....time to eat big, otherwise you have no potential other than to be another ******** ab dreamer.....
If Zyzz got to where he was from where he started I'm sure you can too. Everyone that can lift has potential.
Not bad I got to start from ****ing 190 lbs I need to be 300 pounds or something too look 'normal in the BB world'

The master chief from Halo is 7' 286 lean.
But he can run 500m in 17 seconds.
And has titanium bones.

everyone has potential... it's just those who obtain their full potential work harder than others.
keep humble and surprise everyone.

Of course you have potential, and you're off to a great start! And I agree: everyone has potential no matter where they are.

In my current condition, do you think gaining 1 lbs a week is a good goal ?

i can tell you it's not bad.
You're at 10-11% bf. And everyone has potential. Just a tip for future threads, don't post a pic of just your upper body. Post a pic of your legs as well.

I know it won't all be muscle, but considering how underweight I am it should mostly be muscle. If I go with the formula, my maintenance is 2300 calories, so technically 2800 calories should be enough to gain 1 lb a week ?

honestly, i would just go for 3k. Just because sometimes you may be burning more than 2300 on some days where you are more active i.e. walking around the mall or something.

will go for 3k, thanks man!
i don't think you have potential, you look like you are a ecto hard gainer, look at how much definition you have for such a low weight. Without gear I think you'll find it harder to get much bigger than you are now.

Sorry but it's true. We aren't all built equally.
This guy is 141 @ 6'1, he weighs less than you, trust me every Ive met who has weighed that low has had a really hard time gaining mass.

he's asking potential. Speed of how fast he gains mass is not a very big factor of potential. If he can gain it.. he will if he puts his mind to it.
It's extremely idiotic to say without gear he wont get anywhere.

It's the something.
Your potential size @ growth rates are determined by the same hormones that determined your bone size.
