Hey Jennifer! I haven't done a intra-city run for awhile, just some trail runs sprinkled throughout the week. I am still getting some workouts in, but haven't posted them for awhile because of a bunch of extra shifts and overtime. Thanks for checking in! :)

I won't bore with the details, pretty much full body work every other day, running mid-distance and sprints a few times a week (for time) some surprisingly good workouts were had even with a non-stop schedule, but things seems to be straightening out a little so I will try to be more timely with updates.
Supplementation has been hit & miss. Juggernaut original & HP, and my mainstay of Cyclo-REM GF----- You have to try this supp if you want quality sleep!
I am going to try to to construct a proper supplement schedule for next week.
