Creatine Monohydrate vs Kre-Alkalyn
Hey guys. Which creatine do you find is better during a bulk: creatine monohydrate/micronized creatine, or kre-alkalyn? I've been taking caps of purple-k kre-alkalyn for the past 2 months and I've seen significant mass gains, but no strength gains (my deadlifts are the same and bench only went up by 10lbs). I know, weird right?
Also, I'm gonna look into this, but I honestly believe purple k fights asthma. I think the additional stores of creatine supplement the body's ATP to prevent airway constriction. After a week of taking it, I found I no longer needed to take my inhaler, and could run forever without heavy breathing. It was definitely more than just improved endurance.
