So i got a friend who is a d1 athlete. Now he was asking me for a good pre workout without caffeine that would be alright for him to use. I know hemavol is out of the question because of the GMS but what about body octane. I have it on me and it seems like he could use it but i just want a second opinion.
If he can't use it, what other pre would you recommend that isn't restricted due to NCAA rules?
Edit:Is Push10 and potassium nitrate another good option?
