JUST TOOK A SERIOUS HIT OF SUPERCHARGE TO GET THROUGH THIS ONE, BEING BUILDING THIS UP OVER A FEW workouts BUILDING SERIOUS MASS
WORKOUT GOES
1 warm up set for each exercise 15 to 20 reps
Flat bb bench
x10 100kgs (220 pounds)
x10 90 kgs
x10 80
x15 70
Weighted dips with 20 kg plate (45 pounds)
3x12
Incline DB press
x10 40 kg dumbells (88 pound)
x10 37.5
x10 35
x10 32.5
Decline bb press
x10 95 kgs
x10 80
x10 70
Incline flys
3x10 17.5 kg dumbells
Decline flys
3x10 15 kg db
cable burn outs max 20 kgs each side
bb burnout 3xmax
I reccomend you try something along these lines, any opinions would anyone add in or leave out something
