Best advice I can give you, Don't ever buy either of those supplements.
Use that money on FOOD.. GO EAT
Idk why people think mass gainers are a magic supp that puts on size.
Mass gainers are good, but only if you use them to hit your macros.
Yah if you want lean mass by a good protein not a mass gainer and eat good. ive gained 15lbs since January 20th 2013 on just protein creatine eating and lifting 5 days a week

And also protein shakes are not at all necessary.

2. Stop taking mass gainers, eat real food.
3. Save money.
Don't take mass gainers..
Buy ON 100% Whey and add oats and peanut butter.
Alternate between eating meals between a workout and the protein shake.
OR... you could eat a meal right after a workout and then 1hr-2hr later drink the protein shake/vice versa
Main thing:
-Don't primarily rely on protein shake..

im starting to think people are thinking protein shakes and supplements are like steroids. or like some magic pill that turns you into hulk.
...maybe its because they put .mass gainer. on label.
Both of them are highly unnecessary for the average lifter. Don't worry about them.
