no, thats terrible,gtfo.
for your weight....it's pretty good.
As in it's obvious that you have a strong back, but for 215 lbs you have much more potential.

for 215 its not really good...but for your age its really good..but like someone else said you have alot more potential..
theres really no set weight i can tell you, and at 16 years old that's impressive.
if i had to say a weight though, once you break into 2x your bodyweight you'll turn some heads.

Good for 16, eh for your weight. I'm at about 420 but I'm also 4 years older than you.

hes almost doing 2x his weight now..i think when someone does 3x there bodyweight they'll turn heads..but at his age 405 will def. turn heads
It's a good lift. How many people do you see pulling 4 plates at your gym? Exactly. (inb4 someone quotes me saying they go to some elitist gym where a ton of people do)

It's good, but you can add much more weight. I did 375 back in june and I'm only like 174 lol. I haven't maxed since though

Yea, cheat shrugs + calve raises all in one movement.
lol at everyone saying a 405 deadlift is not good for his weight...of course most people here will think its weak since everyone in the teen section can bench double their weight and squat/deadlift triple their weight
