Meat protein vs whey or casein protein
I wanted to see if anyone can lead me to a research study (tried for a while to find a good one to no avail) that shows the difference between using whey protein and just eating a protein rich food. I am having trouble finding the time even while on IF diet to eat at least 1g per lb BW. I am averaging about 150 grams of protein a day. I get way to full eating more than 7-8 oz of chicken/beef/fish. I have tried hard boiling eggs and can only stomach 3-4... I was a fat kid with a small stomach since I only always ate candy or sweets that made me fat. (correction I made myself fat by eating them lol) After a week of tracking on my new cut my average macros are looking like 40/20/40... Cutting on 1800 cals.
Do some of you just always throw in 1-2 protein shakes a day and if so I wonder how much of a difference it makes if any....
