The bathroom will be your best friend.
It depends on the protein shakes.
If the essential components of macronutrients (fats, for example) and/or micronutrients are lacking, then you would succumb to a deficiency in weeks or months.

I have a feeling you don't mean milk, peanut butter and oats when you say protein shake..
But if you do then yea, you could live off it
I've done 7-8 shakes a day when on the final days of a cut with very little whole food. I wouldnt want to live on it...but yeah you could short term.
If my toilet had legs it would rip itself out of the tile and run away though.

i read a while back a few people have died in the 80s from drinking a diet of JUST of protein shakes. if your getting something like a whey isolate, i can see someone dieing from that. but if your taking in something like syntha 6, no. If theres like zero fat and zero carbs yeah i can see someone dieing. Plus you would probably crap your soal out
