I have a meal 2 hours before, two cups of coffee 30mins before workout,
Works wonders.
I take mine 30 mins before. Can't live without it.
also plain,unsweetened? with water it doesnt contain any kcal right?
No calories although I have heard of some that contain up to 3. Still, negligible.

As long as it isn't instant coffee. Especially the cheap brands, don't drink that crap.

What about instant nes ...2 g (1 teaspoon) ...with plain water it should containt somewhat 2 kcal? seems pretty strong

Depending on your goals and how much you are drinking it probably doesn't have to be bad.
I drink 300-400mg caffeine / day, and I'm also doing IF so I am avoiding all calories I can.
Cheap instant coffee can be anywhere between 60-90g carbs / 100g.
If you are only drinking 2g instant coffee it wouldn't matter that much.

what about green tea? by the way i wasnt thinking about taking coffee on purpose of stim...but if u drink it allready and than to pack it up somehow to get atleast some benefits atleast for workout.... so half hour you say?

I wouldn't have the coffee any farther than 30 minutes before the workout or else you may crash halfway through the workout. However, on that same note, I wouldn't drink coffee directly before workout (like 5 minutes before) or else you're gonna crap your pants
