Hey Kane, your body is truly amazing!!! I remember when I joined this site you were about 2 years ago I browsed through a few bodyspace and you really motivated me to lift because I was like "damn that body is unreal, shredded but athletic at the same time". What I want to say is that I was a "newbie" in bodybuilding and weightlifting and my point of view about judging muscularity and overall aesthetics was close to the average guy.
I was not really attracted by the "big guys" because that was not my goal and I found those kind of physique really disgusting, whereas yours was attractive to me (no homo btw) because you're huge and shredded but you look human!! My views has changed since and I don't find pro bodybuilders anymore disgusting, but thats still not my goal because I want to stay natural and for me, health comes first!!

I remember reading somewhere that your arm development increased a lot when you followed serge nubret's routine and you did like cable biceps curl and triceps pushdown for about 30 supersets with moderate weights?? would you confirm this?? because I would like to increase the size of my arm by an 1/2 to 1 inch!! and i haven't done a real arm workout for 5 months now, just focused on compounds lift and overall strenght!!
and if not, what would you suggest for a 2-3months program to increase the size of your arms?

Mountain Man was pretty damn hard core and ripped to shreds though, too bad he left.
Well comparing 2008 pics of MM and current pics of Timberwolf, Timberwolf is hands down much, much more ripped but I have no idea of MM's current physique. He just dropped off the bodybuilding grid and I see him posting on ******** from time to time, and I believe he runs his own bodybuilding site as well but it's a small community and he doesn't really post much on there. So other than that I don't really hear much from him about his current progress

Trained my first client at 7AM. Was planning to do legs immediately after but left my Vibrams. Decided to postpone my workout for 4. So went home and while microwaving my left over pizza, ended up trying dog food. Surprisingly okay. Not that I ever tried dog food before... only cat food. ;)
