i once tried taking cottage cheese and like an egg white threw it all in a pan and cooked it for a bit, made a white cheese consistancy good stuff.
i melted cottage cheese with tuna once in the microwave...not bad at all, but it grossed out the rest of my family lol
when i microwave a chicken breast i occasionally put on a tablespoon or so of cottage cheese. it tastes pretty darn good on chicken when its nuked.
sounds really gross. then again, melted brie tastes much better that way as well; which is also pretty gross

the curds got smaller but didnt dissapear and the taste..well it kinda tasted like cream cheese =D to me atleast lol
I tried the tuna and cottage cheese today... mmmmm, my brother said he smelled a stench from it; I didn't smell anything? :P hmm I'll have to go heat up some chicken and CC!
