That's cool. I increased my squat weight this morning with you in mind!!! I increased the time between to 60 sec from my normal 30-45 sec. I was only doing 6 rep sets though. Keep WORKIN HARD man, even the little things inspire others!

as for the leg workout, when i'm done performing squats i feel i can do more but as my workout goes on by the time i am done i'm dead! rest wise i give myself 3-4 min when it comes to lifts like squats, deadlifts, leg press not so much on bench. haha yeah you can start to see my knees shake at reps 7 an up, tried to save it to my youtube channel but for some reason it will not let me on that video, but its a APP called Socialcam its orange with a little camera as the picture plus its FREE!. Recently i've switched to a 4 day split starting this week so today is some what of a off day, but i thought it would be a good idea to test myself in a 1-mile test since i have not been running or any cardio to add :) sooooooooooo about to have some super juice ( JUGGERNAUT ) then hit the road! be back with the results soon!

WOW... 8 min 24sec .....1 mile time, To me thats not good at all shows how bad out of shape i am, but it felt so good to go running again :) At least now i have a goal to shoot for

After work got home around 215pm instantly ran in an grabbed the JUGGERNAUT, poured about 10oz of water into my shaker with 1.5 scoops of the MUSCLE JUICE! Chugged it down then off to the gym. Once i arrived IT WAS ON! i felt like i was going to just walk straight through the walls instead of using the doors :). My workout today was insane, BEST back day so far as you can see in my deadlifts, every time i was about to start another set of DLs i felt like..... dam this is heavy........... then this powerful rush entered my veins IT WAS THE JUGGERNAUT i was pumping out the reps like nothing i probably could of tried 400lbs for maybe 4x, but will save that for another day. But the FOCUS & RECOVERY i had today was AWESOME! i was lifting heavy so after the sets i was drained for a couple of seconds then after i caught my breath it was like BRING IT ON! I WANT MORE! Love this product can't wait to see what JUGGERNAUT bring to the table when i hit SHOULDERS & CALVES. Till then train hard fellow JUGGERNAUTZ!

This is a cool experience i had in the last couple days. So i hit legs hard tuesday REALLY hard.. to the point i was walking like a old man. So i thought to myself lets put MTX to the test. I DOUBLED my usage with it, an the next day NO LIE the soreness was about 50% gone! it was easier to walk an bend all thanks to the MTX. Never thought something had the powers like this product does will forever be apart of my SUPP STACK!
