Yes. And you can pretty easily differentiate fat tissue from lean tissue simply by looking in the mirror. Say you gain 2 kg, and don't look fatter it's safe to assume you hypertrophied to a certain degree.
Yes you can. I gained 15 lbs. over the summer while doing 2 hrs on the bike when I decided to quit smoking.

... are you agreeing or disagreeing with my statement? My contention was that you [B]can gain fat whilst exercising[/B] it sounds like your trying to refute my claim by agreeing with it.
fat has a function within the body.
it isnt supposed to be a bad thing but the way we live is a big ****ing problem.
your body will utilize whatever energy it needs and STORE the rest of it(get fat)
