Bahaha I was doing 1h 30 minutes of deadlifts, my hands starting to scab, and I had lost my lifting gloves, it's the best I could do!
people in the misc might enjoy your story
All of this seems perfectly legitimate and down to earth. I mean who doesn't increase their bench 400lbs a year without benching.
Maybe this is just beginner's luck than? Altho I can't say I see anyone near my age even being able to budge 2 45 plates and 2 25s.
Depends, are you properly confusing your muscles?
Hey, so last year when I turned 19 I set out to be able to do deadlifts with 3 plates, and bench press 2 plates and do my sets. It's mostly a goal I set myself because everyone in the gym I go to does 1-2 plates max and I wanted to beat them all. I later found that I was gifted with genetics, I add muscle fast, I burn fat fast, and my body heals fast when taking a break. 1 month ago I started a program and today I ended with the following.
*3 45 plates each side bench press * 4 sets x 12.
*4 45 plates each side deadlifts * 4 sets x 8-10
Did anyone here beat their goals they set out to beat?

Double post edit...... We are now in the powerlifting section.
but why you do dis?
In 4 vid of 500lb bench

I like how out of all his claims people seem to be focusing on the wrong one. Unless he is talking about 25 lbs plates, the "10 plates a total of 2-6 times" on deadlift is easily the most ridiculous claim and should be the automatic cue of OP fraudin'.

When I say 10 plates, I mean 5 45 plates on each side, with good proper form which is something a lot of people don't have and which is why most people can't do more than 2 45 plates to 4 45 plates total.
but why you do dis?
Cause he be lifting strong. Not IFBB related.

Is he counting the holes in the plates? Because that changes the actual weight on the bar.

lol i thought you were posting once and never posting again. a 5 plate deadlift is not too rare... look up powerlifting records you will be very humbled and why no videos?

Well I never said it was rare, I just don't see lots of 19 year olds or anyone were I'm from do anything that requires more than 2 plates. And no video because I can't record only take pictures, good enough for me.

Lifting gloves?
lol
I like the jeans OP! No better way to lift than with nut huggers on
Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted in one moment
Would you capture it or just let it slip?
Yo
His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to drop bombs,
But he keeps on forgetting what he wrote down,
The whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's choking how, everybody's joking now
The clock's run out, time's up over, bloah!
Snap back to reality, Oh there goes gravity
Oh, there goes Rabbit, he choked
He's so mad, but he won't give up that
Easy, no
Can we please get the 500lb raw bench vid or stop this bs?
Op do you have hair? No hair at 19 an natty?
On one of the other boards we had a 19 year old who claimed to do lateral raises with 100lbs. He even posted a vid!
He could barely hold on to the dumbells. Shrugs / swinging / very little movement. 100lbs in your face!
why are you so obbsessed with getting to 300lbs anyway?, you will have trouble sleeping at night, you won't be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, you will put a lot of pressure on your joints, ligaments etc just to tell people you weigh 300lb!
Speak for yourself lol. Quality of life weighing 300 seriously hasn't changed from weighing 200
Edit: so is your bench 500 lbs per side? Nice!

why are you benching in jeans lol

When will it be my turn? Dude makes it look easy too.
300lb at 6'0... No thanks Jeff.
Nobody here believes your 500 lb bench OP. Post a vid or go to a local bench meet and do it.
There was a kid like this at the gym I used to go to. He was maybe 150-160lbs soaking wet. He would bench in the squat rack. He would set the safety bars in the hole directly under the bar hooks, load up 400-500 lbs and bench press all of 1-2".
The first time I saw it I said I guarantee this kid is going home and telling all his friends about his 500lb bench
With that kind of strength, I'd bet you'd dominate in CrossFit competitions.

That's a fairly impressive lockout.

I feel fairly confident that OP can't be humbled.
