I'm about to make a de-load week after 6 weeks of continous weight/cardio training. For de-loads I don't lift at all, but what about cardio? Should I still do it? Do you still do it?

I would still do cardio....keep it light of course as i'm sure you'd know...maybe 3 - 4 days a week. Taking time off from the weights is always good since your CNS needs a break!! As far as diet goes keep your protein intake high so it will help maintain the lean mass you've hopefully put on!!

Thanx! I'm in a cut, so keeping cardio does make sense... should I lower the kcal amount?
I do cardio while de-loading, but not intense cardio. Keep it light and no, I don't think you should lower calories. It's not a permanent change you're making, and your body is still trying to heal and repair itself, so I think it makes sense to keep your calories the same. Maybe adjust the macros, and keep your protein high.
