Can I take paracetamol post-workout?
Or any other painkillers for that matter? I've got a headache. I had a really good workout session at the gym and had lots of food available to eat afterwards so I'm hoping it went well, I don't want to ruin it by taking something that could slow things down ( I'm only a really tight target, everything has to go completely smoothly :p ).
I havn't needed to take painkillers at any other point since I started working out. Better safe than sorry. Is it fine?
It's about 7 hours since I had my workout session.
