You should do well with ICF 5x5, what are your lifts btw?
not veery much, im 6'0 165lbs. B-170 S-225 never done deadlift

You have been working out for a year and never did a deadlift? Sounds like you haven't been working out for a year....

You could try ICF 5x5 and see how it goes, but either way your gonna have to do deadlifts since it is an important exercise, if after a couple weeks on ICF you think the volume is too much and its affecting your progression than look into doing all pros which has a slower strength progression but just as good for mass as ICF.
I have tried it but I always feel like I have bad form and I always hear how don't do deadlifts with bad form, im goin to start this Monday and ill get a friend to go so I can learn the deadlift
if you're worried about form, a simple youtube search would give you proper form better than any person in the gym. All movements broken down into pieces. Really not hard. Deadlifting and squatting are the holy grails
