Great looking leg day! I need to try good mornings again. I tried them a while back and felt like I was going to fall forward :o Probably did not stick my booty back far enough!
Hope you had a good haircut. I got mine cut today too! Shorter, which I tend to like. Every time I grow it out, I cut it off again...

Thank you! I wear mine so short and I let it go a week longer. Trying to time it so it looks it's best for Christmas...drove me nuts! :D

Today was chest and it was kind of like yesterday...started feeling real yucky towards the end. My daughter has been sick for the past 3 days and I have an awful feeling that I'm catching it. No time to be sick...I'm throwing Christmas Eve and I have around 30 people coming to my house! :(

Thank you Louise & Madi for checking in. :) I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Years! I've been somewhat quiet these days and I'm still healing. I had an accident Christmas morning. In the middle of some chores, I missed a step, fell down my basement stairs and the cement floor broke my fall. I was cut up pretty bad and bruised from head to toe. I messed up my jaw, neck, back, hip and one of my arms. I missed my mother's Christmas dinner. :( I did end up going for an xray last week because my hip is killing me. Everything checked out ok...seriously bruised. I haven't trained in a couple weeks and I'm hoping to get back within the next couple days...next week the latest.
My Birthday was this past Friday and my husband took me out for a late dinner. It's the first time I've been out since my fall.
Christmas Eve was at my house and everyone had a great time.

Oh my gosh that is scary! So glad you came away with cuts and bruises versus broken bones or worse... It sucks that you had to miss Christmas dinner with your mom, but at least you were able to get together and have fun with your girls before the tumble! Happy birthday btw! Where did you go to dinner?

We hit a local bar/grill called Williams. They have the best baked French Onion Soup...I have to get it everytime I go. :)
