When ever I eat a plate of shrimp I notice my urine smells like shrimp when I go take a leak... It always happens. And just last night I had a massive bowl of corn pops and I noticed my piss smelled sugary...
Does this happen to anyone else when they eat big plates or bowls of anything?
It's the chemicals/metabolites of the crap in the food which give the food the flavour being carried over into your slashwater. No worries.
I pissed out a very dilute neon green after taking endorush one time.

I had a very similar experiance but it was with asparagus. I was talking with my gym owner and asked if I was taking too much Creatine and that I thought I smelled it when I pee'd. He said that Creatine didn't have a smell and started naming items that it could of been. Sure enough I ate a can of asparagus that night before and he said he was reading in a science article where only a certain percent of the world can smell things in their urine. It's just something in your body. I thought it was pretty cool.

No worries dude. Yeah dont stress about your kidneys, stress always causes problems. I'm on creatine right now but I think i'm a non-responder. i haven't really seen much change in my muscle. I have put on some weight but i think that's just from eating mass food and protein, sorry to jack your thread.

I don't take creatine but everytime I eat something like tuna or fish... I ALWAYS smell it and it's pretty nasty lol.
