I was doing some research and lots of people say it's bad to eat salmon everyday because of it's high mercury levels. I eat about 196g of salmon everyday for dinner with 1 cup of rice. I want to know if it's safe or not. Should I only eat it a couple times a week or is everyday fine?
I eat salmon probably every other day, it gets expensive tho

Ok thanks guys, and yea it can get quite expensive but I buy it in bulk so it's cheaper.
I believe variety is the only safe food to eat

Yea try mixing it up 2 or 3 times a week. Keeps it from getting boring. I usually eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch but try to mix it up everyday for supper.
there are some brands where they breed there salmon in like a large man made saltwater mini ocean replica type thing in factories. mercury free brah
