The obvious first choice is cottage cheese.
pretty much all protein sources are slow-digesting except whey and hydrolyzed proteins
milk!

Egg protein is a mid level sort of.
Takes 1.5-2 hours to digest.

i'm not sure about the exact numbers but i know it's longer than that
Practically all high protein foods take longer to burn. But the longest digesting proteins is what also has a high fat content. The fat slows up the digestion process. A nice juicy rib-eye steak will really get you going for a long time. Ask any Inuit or Aleut alaskan native. They will tell you that white people food (high carbs) just doesn't satisfy them like a heaping bowl of Muktuk (eskimo ice cream) or frozen whale fat. According to them, that will take a few days to digest.
