Legs... why is it I see all these guys with decent upper bodies, doing leg extensions with about 100 pounds? Legs even once? My other favorite is dudes doing multiple plates on the leg press machine with a 2-3 inch range of motion. What's the f'n point?

Hit gym twice yesterday cause I had so much energy and I got a good workout in on a long lunch. May do the same today if possible but I only got 6hrs last night.
