I'm not really into counting my food by the ounce. I usually go by estimated portions. for example1 can of albacore tuna is roughly 28g of protein depending on the brand, and the average sized boneless skinless chicken breast is about 35g of protein.
6 oz. chicken breast is 39g and 4 oz. is 21g

depends i think on the chicken, my tyson frozen chicken fillets say 4oz is 20g, so wouldnt 8oz be 40g?? How is a 6oz 39g? Also i just bought a scale and weighed 6.5oz chicken, thats some chicken to consume each meal, 8oz would be more!
