Has anyone ever used Jonnie Candito's 6 week strength program? If so how'd it turn out? If you didn't what do you guys think of it?

Has anyone ever used Jonnie Candito's 6 week strength program? If so how'd it turn out? If you didn't what do you guys think of it?
I'd look on his support pages.
IMO if you're gonna use a strength program use SS, Madcow, or ICF.
It's garbage...too much emphasis on legs with no concentration on obvious parts of the upper body like arms, shoulders, chest etc. if you wanna look like those soccer players with jacked legs but skinny upper bodies than go ahead! Even candito himself has been training for multiple years but is severely un proportioned as he has huge legs but his upper body isnt even that big....looks like a narrow biatch

yet there's benching, and optional exercises that can be used for OHP or curls or tricep movements, etc. and jonnie is just very lower body dominant, and doesn't focus on being a pretty boy like you. you might want to read the program before hating on it.
and i'm pretty sure you don't squat 550 lbs, or deadlift over 600. or even remotely close to either, so pls go.
