I am 51 years old :eek:! Six years ago, when I went back to the gym, I weighed 265 lbs (fat ass:D) and my strength sucked! Since that time, my weight has been as low as 211 lbs, my strength has gone up tremendously, my bodyfat has come down, etc.
[b]Current Weight:[/b] 222.6 lbs

[b]Training Schedule:[/b]
Monday - Back, Bi's (AM)
Tuesday - Quads, Calves (AM)
Wednesday - Chest, Tri's (AM)
Thursday - Hams, Calves (PM)
Friday - Shoulders, Traps (PM)
I will me mixing in some Cardio, usually LISS, on various days and I will also be mixing in some abs.
I train, in the AM on M-W because, I work at the gym from 6-10 PM on these nights making sure the morons :eek: rerack the weights. :D

I'm trying to stick to 2800 cals/day right now (350 g pro, 175 g carbs, 78 g fat).
